Domu Pomocy Społecznej Domu Kombatanta i Pioniera Ziemi Szczecińskiej w Szczecinie
Nasz Dom przeznaczony jest dla 251 osób w podeszłym wieku i przewlekle somatycznie chorych. Obiekt Domu to budynek 5-kondygnacyjny, 3 segmentowy, podpiwniczony usytuowany w dzielnicy Szczecin– Pogodno w centralnym punkcie osiedla Zawadzkiego-Klonowica. W budynku „A” znajdują się pokoje jednoosobowe w systemie aneksowym (dwa pokoje, wspólna łazienka, przedpokój oraz kuchenka podręczna). W budynkach „B” i „C” znajdują się pokoje jedno i dwuosobowe wszystkie z przyległymi węzłami sanitarnymi. Obiekt wyposażony jest w windy, system alarmowo-przeciwpożarowy, system przyzywowo-alarmowy. Dom ponadto posiada jadalnię, pomieszczenia do terapii i rehabilitacji, miejsce kultu religijnego, pokoje gościnne oraz pokoje dziennego pobytu, gabinety medycznej pomocy doraźnej, kuchenki pomocnicze. W Domu znajduje się własna kuchnia wraz z zapleczem kuchennym zapewniająca mieszkańcom odpowiednie posiłki zgodnie z normami żywieniowymi dla osób w podeszłym wieku i zaleceniami lekarskimi stosownie do stanu zdrowia i schorzeń mieszkańców. Teren wokół Domu jest zagospodarowany – drogi spacerowe wyłożone kostką, wydzielone jest miejsce rekreacyjne przy wejściu głównym do budynku wyposażone w ławki, co pozwala mieszkańcom na przebywanie na świeżym powietrzu.
